Where do we depart from, and what time is boarding?

Our boat tours to Tavolara and the Natural Pools of Molara depart from Cala Suaraccia (Capo Coda Cavallo), just a few minutes from San Teodoro. Departure times are at 9:00 and 14:00.Note: Please make sure to arrive 30 minutes before departure. The day before the tour, we will contact you and send all the details: parking (50 m from the beach) and meeting point.

Yes, absolutely. This experience is perfect for families. Our Maxi RIB is very stable, and we always choose safe and sheltered spots for all participants.

The price includes the skipper, mooring stop at Tavolara, fuel and the use of the Maxi RIB. You will also have access to snorkelling masks to explore the Natural Pools of Molara and the other stops. A one-hour stop on Tavolara Island is also included.

We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Soft bags or backpacks are preferred onboard. Umbrellas are not allowed. You may also bring a small cooler with water. If you prefer to travel light, food and drinks can be purchased at the bar on Tavolara Island.

No, it is not necessary. The swimming stops take place in sheltered areas. Our crew will assist you when entering the water and can provide life jackets if needed.

We only depart in optimal conditions. If the weather does not allow the tour to be carried out safely, we will contact you immediately. In that case, you can choose between rescheduling or a full refund.

Note: The skipper always has the final decision regarding safety conditions. Cancellation policy: Full refund (100%) up to 24 hours before the tour. No refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. In this case, INSULA360 will retain the full amount as a penalty.

If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather (decided by the skipper), you may choose another date or receive a full refund with no penalty.IMPORTANT: For payments made via PayPal, refunds are issued excluding PayPal’s processing fees, which are not returned to the sender. Our departure point is very close to the main attractions: less than 5 minutes to the Natural Pools of Molara and about 10 minutes to Tavolara Island.
This means very little navigation time and much more time for swimming and snorkelling, without any rush. For this reason, a 4-hour tour is more than enough to enjoy the full experience and all the stops.
Our sheltered bay ensures smoother navigation even in windy conditions, avoiding the waves found outside the protected area.Another advantage of the half-day tour is flexibility: you can enjoy the rest of your day relaxing at Cala Brandinchi, either before or after the excursion. How many people will be on the boat?
There will be a maximum of 12 participants plus our skipper.
The boat is certified for 28 people, so we use less than half of its capacity to ensure more space, comfort and an overall better experience. The boat is an open RIB with a large central bench, so every guest has their own seat—no crowding or uncomfortable arrangements.

Are pets allowed on board? No, pets are not allowed on shared tours because some guests may have allergies or phobias.
If you wish to bring your dog, you will need to book a private tour (subject to our approval). We generally recommend leaving pets at home, as boats and RIBs can be very hot for them.

How do booking and payment work?
You can book online safely.

There are two options:
1) Secure online booking via our reservation system with card payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay also available). You will receive instant confirmation by email with your ticket.
2) You can also book on site on the day of the tour, but you must contact us on WhatsApp at +39 351 674 7759 because we always require a deposit for each participant.
